Customer Complaints

Union Bank of India (UK) Ltd has laid down procedures for fair handling of customer complaints. In the first instance, to ensure your complaint is seen by the person with the best knowledge to help resolve it, you can approach your Branch Manager, who will ensure that your needs are attended to as soon as possible.

 

In case you feel that you have received an unsatisfactory reply in respect of a complaint lodged with the branch, you can then contact the Compliance Department.
